After installing, configure when to send review request emails (e.g. 7 days after fulfillment). Syncnity sends them automatically. You can add reminders, photo/video ask prompts, and run bulk requests for past orders—all from the dashboard under Collect Reviews.
Yes. Shoppers can ask questions on your product pages and you answer from the Syncnity dashboard. You can feature the most helpful Q&As and shoppers get notified when their question is answered—turning pre-purchase hesitation into confidence.
